Strength and Conditioning For NE Wrestlers and Military Personnel
Here is a hardcore strength and conditioning workout we had one of our wrestlers and military personnel go through the other day to work on their power and conditioning.
These guys work RELENTLESSLY!

You’ll see these gys going through some explosive type movement for timed intervals.
Not easy to do!
Here’s their workout:
1A) Power Pulls x 40 secs x 3 rounds
1B) Grappler 1 Arm Power Press x 40 secs x 3 rounds
2A) Band Bear Crawls x 1 min x 3 rounds
2B) Sandbag Get ups x 1 min x 3 rounds
3A) Battling Rope Intervals 3 rounds x 15/15 work-rest ratios by 2 mins total
4A) Sled Drags x 3 rounds
This is a mentally and physically challenging workout for sure!
Great for athletes looking to improve their overall conditioing and power output.
Great for wrestlers and combat atheltes.
