Have you ever seen world’s strongest man competition?

If you have then you know that those who participate are beasts.

They truly are and can easily lift things that most couldn’t imagine.

In the past couple of years we have been incorporating strong man exercises into workouts.

The carry over that this type of training has on athletic performance is unquestionable.

I have seen guys go from 145lbs to a jacked 170 to 185lb mad man.

This type of work takes lots of focus and hard work.

Most people think it happens overnight.

People see results in the first month no doubt, but I’m looking for much more than that.

It needs to be a commitment if you’re going to make the statement you want.

In this vid you’ll see some sled work combined with kb carrying.

If you think this is easy come and try it, it’s brutal!

Just ask anyone of our dudes who go through it.

We added some farmer carry’s next to the sled kb work.

Keep in mind they worked out before we added some of the strong man stuff.

I guess we wanted to give them a little bonus to the workout.

They loved it!
